Founding-client pricing: our first 10 clients pay the founding-client price shown, as long as they book by 31 March 2027. After that, the standard price applies. The Launch Check and Re-check prices stay the same.

We take a limited number of reviews each month so each one gets proper attention. Fixed prices cover one application in up to two repositories; larger systems are quoted before you book. Turnaround starts once we have access. Prices in ZAR; Bronkode is not currently VAT-registered.

After a Review, we can stay on as your technical advisor: a monthly check-up, AI rules-file updates and advice before big changes. Ask us for a quote when your Review is done.

How scoring works

Six areas. 0–10 each. One score out of 100.

Every review uses the same framework: Security, Architecture, Reliability, Engineering Maturity, Operational Readiness and Cost & Vendor Risk. Each area is scored against a fixed checklist, and the scores roll up into a Production Readiness Score with a clear recommendation.

Questions, answered

I'm not technical. Is this for me?

Yes. That's who it's built for. You know your industry and your customers; we explain your technology in plain English. No question is too basic, and you don't need to understand the code to act on what we find.

Which one should I choose?

Not sure where you stand? Start with the Launch Check; its fee is credited toward a Review within 30 days. Anything handling real customers, personal data or payments should get the Production Readiness Review. Choose the Hardening Roadmap when you know there are gaps and want a plan. Investors should look at Technical Due Diligence. Still unsure? Ask us.

How do I share my app with you?

We need read-only access to your code. It takes about five minutes, whether your code is on GitHub, on your computer or in an app builder like Lovable. See the step-by-step guide, or we'll walk you through it. We never need production passwords or customer data.

Do you fix the problems?

We don't write the code ourselves, which keeps our advice independent. Instead you get a fix prompt for each finding that you paste into your AI tool, and a checklist to confirm it worked. You stay in control and review every change your AI makes. Then we check every finding again and confirm what's fixed: one Re-check is included with every Review and Roadmap.

Will the rules files stop all future problems?

No. Not everything can be fixed with more prompting. Rules files make repeat problems much less likely, but AI tools don't always follow instructions. Guardrails are what make it safe: automated checks that block risky changes whatever the AI does. The Hardening Roadmap sets them up, and AI Agent & Prompt Refinement includes a plan for which ones to switch on.

How long does it take, and when can we talk?

From receiving access: Launch Check within 5 business days, Production Readiness Review 5–10, Hardening Roadmap 10–15. We confirm the timeline before you book. Calls are scheduled to suit you; weekday evenings and Saturdays are also an option.

Will you help with my cloud and AI costs?

Yes. Every review lists the paid services your app relies on and the cost risks to fix first. The Review and Roadmap show what it costs to run today in plain rands and how that changes as you grow. We advise on cost-effective hosting and services for your stage, and how to set spending limits and alerts so a busy day doesn't become a surprise bill.

Is this a penetration test?

No. It's an advisory review of security best practices and code-level vulnerabilities, alongside architecture, reliability, operations and cost. We don't attack your systems. If you need a penetration test, we'll say so.

Is it a guarantee of security?

No. A review reduces risk by finding and prioritising problems, and reflects your app on the review date. New vulnerabilities are found every day in the libraries and hosting services apps rely on, so no review can guarantee a system is secure. See scope & limitations.

Is my code kept confidential?

Yes. We use read-only access, treat everything you share as confidential, and are happy to sign an NDA first. See confidentiality.
